Ship us your DPF

We will provide all of the supplies needed in order to package and ship your DPF or part to be cleaned, including a prepaid shipping label, box, and packing foam.

Cleaning your DPF

Once we have received your DPF, we will inspect, clean, and test it to verify useful life. We will also repair any items necessary, such as stripped bungs or bent flanges.

Send it directly to you

Once your DPF is ready to go, we will package it and ship it back to you. We will also send you installation clamps and gaskets if ordered.

Testing your DPF

The first step to any filter we service is digitally recording any information found using our in-house data recording application. We are able to serialize any cleanings, meaning you can access inspection results at any time. Click the download link below for an example of our testing form.

Multi-stage cleaning process

Our cleaning process involves 3 states; pneumatic, aqueous flush, and chemical cleaning.


  1. Pneumatic. We start by cleaning the filter using air. If the filter has even soot loading and minimal ash compaction, we will put it through our pulse cabinet. We also use HEPA filtered cabinets with hand operated air wands for troublesome areas. Most soot loaded filters will see near OEM restoration just from stage 1.
  2. Aqueous flush. We will then flush it with pure water. Our high volume, low pressure Evacuflush cabinet will gently extract any remaining soot and ash without damaging the filter. The water will then pass through a compliant water recycling system that will extract any impurities from the water stream. Units are then dried and inspected.
  3. Chemical bath. By using a proprietary DPF surfactant, we are able to clear contamination and dislodge any compacted soot or ash without damaging the filter or coating in the event that the aqueous cleaning does not clear your filter. Units will soak for up to 4 hours before proceeding to another flush, dry, and inspection.
